Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of consulting experience in value and market access.
• Proven ability to lead multiple engagements and client relationships.
• Strong primary research with payers/KOLs and value-strategy development.
• Solid knowledge of payer evidence requirements and European HTA frameworks.
• Proficiency in secondary research and analytical methodologies.
• Experience contributing to proposals, account growth and follow-on work generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engagements with end-to-end delivery, quality, and profitability.
• Generate insights, develop strategic recommendations and act as senior subject-matter expert.
• Lead and develop project teams; oversee timelines, budgets, scope and deliverables.
• Own senior client relationships and proactively identify client needs.
• Lead business development activities, including proposals, scoping and follow-on work generation.
• Conduct and oversee payer/KOL primary research independently.
• Develop payer value narratives and assess pricing, evidence and access scenarios.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support their professional development.
• Lead internal capability-building and practice-development initiatives.
