Job summary

Tata Technologies Limited seeks a Senior V&V Chief Engineer for embedded automotive systems. You will shape verification strategies for electric powertrain, chassis, and subsystems, driving validation across platforms and standards.

Lead cross-functional teams, implement real-time testing with dSPACE/NI/Vector HIL, and own CI/CD and test automation initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in embedded systems V&V and in a senior technical or leadership role.
• Proven expertise in MIL, SIL, HIL, and VIL testing environments.
• Hands-on experience with dSPACE, NI, and Vector HIL platforms.
• Strong background in CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps practices.
• Deep understanding of automotive standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, AUTOSAR).
• Technical leadership in electric powertrain, chassis, or subsystem domains.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the V&V strategy for embedded systems across automotive platforms.
• Serve as technical authority for MIL, SIL, HIL, and VIL validation approaches.
• Champion real-time simulation and automated testing using dSPACE, NI, and Vector HIL platforms.
• Architect and oversee CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing V&V team; drive continuous improvement in tools and metrics.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Software, Hardware, and Quality stakeholders.
