Job summary

Danaher, through DHR Enterprise AI Solutions, is seeking an experienced UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually compelling enterprise AI experiences across Danaher operating companies. You will translate AI workflows into user journeys and collaborate with product owners, engineers and data scientists to deliver production-ready interfaces.

The role emphasizes research, usability testing and building reusable design systems using Figma and modern web technologies.

In DHR Enterprise AI Solutions, you will be responsible for shaping how associates across Danaher experience and interact with AI-powered products, applications and agents, transforming complex technologies into intuitive, visually compelling and highly adopted solutions that drive measurable business impact at enterprise scale.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Design and build intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for enterprise AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes across Danaher operating companies.


• Translate complex AI workflows and data-driven insights into simple, trusted and effective user journeys, interaction frameworks and visual experiences.


• Partner with Stakeholders, Product Owners, AI Engineers, AI Scientists and Solution Architects to design and deliver end-to-end user experiences and interfaces from concept through production adoption.


• Develop reusable design systems, components, patterns and visual standards that enable consistent experiences across the Enterprise AI Solutions portfolio.


• Champion user-centred design through research, usability testing and continuous feedback, while articulating design intent and visual requirements in a way developers can efficiently implement.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• 5+ years of strong experience designing enterprise business applications with an excellent eye for modern, intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces on monitors and mobile devices.


• Expertise in user-centred design methodologies, journey mapping, wire framing, prototyping and usability testing.


• Experience designing AI-powered, automated, analytical or data-rich workflows and translating user needs into practical solutions.


• Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma, including the creation of reusable design systems and component libraries.


• Ability to communicate design concepts, interaction patterns and visual requirements clearly to engineering teams and influence stakeholders across business and technical functions.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Driving business adoption of digital solutions across multiple business functions, operating companies or user groups.


• Familiarity with technologies like PowerBI, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, or Hotjar.


• Working within cross-functional product, design and engineering teams delivering solutions from ideation through production deployment and adoption.
