How will you impact?

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in product discovery and early product definition—translating complex user needs and data into clear, intuitive, and high-value experiences. You will work directly with platform users from how they work today to help define search problem workflows, present rich search performance data ranked by impact, and design rater screens and relevance judging systems. You will be responsible for designing and testing early concepts, taking a prototype to a defined first release, and ensuring products deliver clarity, confidence, and usability.

• Experience with usability testing, rapid prototyping, and design iteration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including working as part of a multi‑disciplinary delivery team.
