Senior UX Lead Designer – Holborn London

Our client is a leading international consultancy with offices worldwide.

They are seeking a UX Design Lead for their London office.

You should have experience as a design lead with a strong UX background, including Service Design and design strategy.

We need a seasoned, hands-on practitioner with a proactive attitude.

As a senior team member and design representative, your focus will be on people — clients, users/customers, team, and colleagues — and on supporting and advocating for existing systems while critically improving them.

You will report to the Global Head of the XD Practice and programme delivery.

Experience:

• Over 8 years of experience working with blue-chip clients as a senior designer
• Experience with design processes, agile development, and lean UX
• Collaborative work in interdisciplinary teams
• Creating omnichannel, cross-platform, and cross-device solutions
• Designing enterprise-level digital services and products for consumers
• Ability to define key metrics and evaluate project success
• Meeting strict deadlines
• Proven design track record and agency experience
• Design degree or equivalent

You will also lead pitches, presentations, support proposals, and create project estimates and plans.

Summary of Senior UX Designer Skills:

• Provide leadership with clarity, tact, and diplomacy
• Communicate the commercial impact of design decisions
• Full command of UX and Service Design processes
• Visual thinking, rapid prototyping, storyboarding, and technical skills

The salary range for this role is £65K - £75K plus benefits.
