Job summary

McKesson, a global healthcare company, seeks an experienced UX researcher and designer to shape the ClarusONE platform. You will commission user research, translate insights into personas and journey maps, and guide design requirements grounded in evidence.

In collaboration with product managers, engineers and UI designers in an agile environment, you will create wireframes, prototypes and flows, support AI‑powered features, run usability tests, and document design decisions to ensure

Qualifications

Proven experience conducting user research using interviews, surveys, observational studies, and usability evaluations.
Strong ability to translate research insights into personas, journey maps, and actionable design recommendations.
Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools such as Figma.
Solid understanding of UX design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
Demonstrated ability to run usability tests, analyse results, and iterate designs based on evidence.
Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and UI designers in agile or cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead user research programmes to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes translating research into intuitive experiences.
Design UX for AI-powered features within the software platform.
Plan and run usability tests to evaluate design effectiveness.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UI designers to ensure feasible implementations.
Produce UX documentation, journey maps, and research summaries.
Communicate design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user‑centred practices.
