A leading UK technology retailer is seeking a Senior UX Architect to join their team in London. The role involves shaping user experiences that align with customer needs and business goals. The Senior UX Architect plays a central role in shaping and delivering user experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and aligned to both customer needs and business goals. Reporting into the Senior UX Manager, this role is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end UX design process across key digital journeys, translating insight and requirements into user‑centered design solutions that improve the customer experience, and drive value to the business.
As a champion of best‑practice design and customer‑led thinking, the Senior UX Architect works closely with cross‑functional teams across digital, product, content, and development to ensure experiences are consistent, effective, and continually optimised. The role combines delivering hands‑on UX methods with design oversight and mentoring, helping to drive quality, consistency, and innovation across everything we create.
The Senior UX Arhictect also supports the wider UX leadership team by contributing to team planning, design standards, and the evolution of our UX maturity, making this a key role in elevating our overall customer experience.
