Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform utility surveying using techniques such as electromagnetic detection and ground penetrating radar, and produce standard survey outputs.
• Undertake utility surveys in various environments with knowledge of PAS 128 M1-M4(P) methodologies.
• Capture and process data using modern data capture techniques (e.g., Total Stations, GNSS) and interpret survey results for presentation in AutoCAD.
• Operate safely with a strong health and safety culture, adhering to safe systems of work.
• Collaborate with project teams across the UK and potentially undertake overnight or night work as required.
• Support short-term and global project delivery as opportunities arise.

About you

• Experience in utility surveying.
• Ability to undertake utility surveys in various environments with knowledge of PAS 128 M1-M4(P) methodologies.
• Knowledge of modern data capture techniques such as Total Stations and GNSS.
• Experience using AutoCAD, including data processing, interpretation, and presentation of survey results.
• Full driving licence.
• Suitability for security clearance.

Desirable

• Topographic surveying experience.
• QCF Utility Mapping Level 3 and Level 5 qualification in Utility Mapping and Surveying.
