About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior User Researcher to join a dynamic User Research team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping user-centered solutions, guiding the development of innovative products, and improving outcomes for users.

This is a collaborative role, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive user research initiatives across multiple projects. You'll help define research capabilities, establish methodologies, and ensure that user insights are at the heart of product and service design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, design, and conduct user research studies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Utilise a range of research methodologies to address stakeholder questions and product goals.
• Embed user research findings into agile processes and ensure alignment with product priorities.
• Actively engage stakeholders in research activities to promote a user-centered culture.
• Mentor and support junior members of the User Research team.
• Foster innovation by leveraging insights to identify root causes of user pain points.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a skilled Senior User Researcher with experience conducting a wide range of research methodologies across the product development cycle.

You’ll need:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including thematic analysis.
• A collaborative mindset and experience mentoring teams in generative research and usability testing.
• The ability to confidently present findings and influence decision-making with a focus on user needs.
• Experience in the healthcare sector (desirable but not essential).
