Senior User Researcher - Secure Environment

Contract: 6 months

Location: London (on-site up to 2 days per week)

Start Date: January 2026

Clearance: Active SC Clearance is mandatory

We are seeking an experienced Senior User Researcher to join a high-profile transformation programme within a secure environment. This role requires active SC clearance, proven experience working on central government projects, and the ability to operate in complex, data-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and facilitate user research activities to inform product and service development.
  • Plan and execute research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Security Specialists) to translate research findings into actionable insights.
  • Present findings to stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
  • Ensure research outputs drive improvements in user experience and security posture.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a User Researcher within central government projects.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and analysis techniques.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
