EY is seeking an experienced Private Equity Fund Senior Manager to join our Global Compliance Reporting team in London. You will oversee US tax compliance for private equity fund clients, research legislation, and explain impacts to asset management teams while coaching junior staff and coordinating multiple engagement teams to deliver high-quality advice.

The role requires strong knowledge of US tax issues affecting funds, partnerships, and international tax concepts, with a focus on asset

Competenze

• Proven track record leading US federal tax compliance for asset management clients.
• Experience with fund activity such as formation, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and management structures.
• Strong knowledge of partnership and international tax concepts and related laws.
