Stantec in the UK is seeking a Senior Urban Drainage Modeller to lead technical delivery across wastewater and urban drainage projects for water companies in the South of England.
You’ll work with project managers, engineers and environmental specialists, developing hydraulic models in InfoWorks ICM, interpreting results and delivering clear, practical engineering solutions on a range of AMP programmes from High Wycombe or Reading.

We are looking for a Senior Urban Drainage Modeller to join our Southern teams in High Wycombe or Reading. You’ll work alongside experienced modellers, engineers and environmental specialists on a varied portfolio of projects, gaining exposure to some of the most important water programmes across the region. With a strong pipeline of work throughout the AMP cycle, this is an opportunity to take ownership of technical work packages, build your expertise and play an important role in delivering practical, sustainable solutions for our clients.
As a Senior Urban Drainage Modeller, you’ll take responsibility for the technical delivery of modelling activities across a range of wastewater and urban drainage projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, technical specialists and clients to turn complex network data into clear and useful engineering solutions.
The modelling you deliver will help our clients better understand the performance of their wastewater networks and make informed decisions about future investment. Your work will contribute to practical solutions that improve water quality, reduce environmental impacts, manage flood risk and strengthen the resilience of communities across the South of England. You’ll also have an important role in the continued development of our modelling capability. By sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and embracing new digital approaches, you’ll help us improve how we deliver projects and respond to the changing demands of the water sector.
