Job summary

Amiqus is partnering with a Hertfordshire indie games studio to hire a Senior Unity Developer for PC and Console projects. This hybrid role combines hands-on programming with mentoring a small team and coordinating with department leads to deliver engaging gameplay features.

The ideal candidate has strong Unity experience, a track record in the games industry, and prior leadership or mentoring responsibilities. Relocation support and a competitive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Games industry as a Programmer.
• Past lead or Mentoring experience
• Strong Unity experience
• Experience of developing games on Console or PC (preferred) or Mobile
• An avid player of indie games (especially the Anime world) would be a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small development team while hands-on coding.
• Implement features to enhance gameplay and player experience.
• Collaborate with department leads and manage project milestones.
• Mentor team members and drive technical excellence across titles.
