Job summary

Apollo is seeking a Senior Technology Delivery Leader to drive the transformation of our underwriting platform from a clear operating model into a deliverable roadmap. You will oversee platform selection, data migrations and onboarding, coordinating internal teams and external partners to build a scalable, resilient platform landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex technology transformations in regulated environments such as insurance or financial services.
• Experience delivering large-scale platform implementations across multiple components and vendors.
• Strong ability to manage data migrations, reconciliation, testing and cutover activities.
• Understanding of APIs, cloud, security, environments, and operational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated technology roadmap across platform implementation, integrations, environments and migrations.
• Lead the implementation and integration of the policy administration system and underwriting platform ecosystem.
• Define repeatable migration and onboarding approaches for new clients and syndicates.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and migration partners to deliver a cohesive platform landscape.
