Job summary

Figma in London is seeking a senior solicitor with 6+ years PQE to join the legal team and lead complex customer-facing deals. You will draft and negotiate software services agreements, data processing agreements, regulatory annexes, security documents and privacy policies.

You will advise cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk and Revenue Recognition, monitor evolving regulatory developments including the EU AI Act, and align contracts with Figma policies. London hub or remote within the UK.

Qualifications

• UK-qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE in commercial and technology matters.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating enterprise software agreements and partnerships.
• Ability to advise on AI, privacy, and regulatory issues in commercial tech transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex customer-facing agreements: software services, data processing, regulatory annexes, security and privacy policies.
• Negotiate distribution, reseller, professional services and referral agreements.
• Advise cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue Recognition and other teams on legal issues.
