The role involves legal drafting, compliance with tax regulations, and strong interaction with clients and beneficiaries. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience or equivalent as a Paralegal, familiarity with personal tax matters, and a commitment to cultivating client relationships. Qualifications

• 5+ PQE or more junior with solid experience as a Paralegal in this field.
• Basic understanding of Personal Tax Returns.
• Experience dealing with HMRC on behalf of trustees.

Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of trusts including annual accounts.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and declarations.
• Host annual Trustees Meeting to review trust investments.
