Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of complex Trusts & Estates clients and advise on strategic matters.
• Provide specialist guidance on a broad range of trust and estate issues.
• Oversee trust compliance work including accounts, tax computations, and IHT reporting.
• Work with senior clients and advisers to deliver clear guidance on complex issues.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trusts & Estates service and strengthen client relationships.
• Support business development by nurturing referrals and promoting the firm\'s reputation.
• Provide technical leadership across the practice and mentor colleagues.
• Collaborate with cross-office teams to promote consistency and best practice.
• Contribute to the development of the Trusts & Estates team via knowledge sharing.
• Champion quality and technical excellence in advisory and compliance work.
• Stay updated on trust and estate taxation developments to inform client advice.
