Job summary

A global fiduciary provider is seeking an experienced fiduciary professional in Scotland to manage a portfolio of complex trusts and deliver high-quality client service. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years in the fiduciary sector, technical expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills. Job description

A great opportunity to join a specialist incentives team within a global fiduciary provider, administering a complex portfolio of employee benefit trusts and wealth structures. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional client service while contributing to risk management and mentoring junior colleagues.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing a portfolio of complex trusts, companies, and employee benefit structures.
  • Delivering a high standard of service to clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing technical and transactional matters with confidence and accuracy.
  • Providing guidance to junior team members and contributing to team development.
  • Supporting risk management, compliance, and governance procedures.
  • Collaborating with global colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience in the fiduciary sector, with a proven track record in managing complex trust and company structures. They will demonstrate excellent technical knowledge, client relationship skills, and a proactive, supportive approach to teamwork. A relevant professional qualification (STEP or ICSA) is expected or in progress. Strong interpersonal and time management skills are essential.
