Mercor seeks senior litigation professionals to design evaluation tasks for AI systems within civil litigation and dispute resolution contexts. You’ll work on US and International tracks (FRCP, FRE, CPR, ICC, LCIA) and develop reference outputs and rubrics that reflect senior litigators’ judgment.

The role involves drafting scenarios across pre-trial discovery through settlement or arbitration, with emphasis on complex commercial litigation, class actions, and trial practice.

Competenze

• 5+ years as a litigator or trial attorney at a major firm or in-house.
• Experience owning complex commercial matters with trial/arbitration experience.
• Fluency with litigation tooling and understanding of court procedures and discovery rules.

Mansioni

• Construct litigation scenarios spanning pre-trial discovery, motion practice, trial strategy, and settlement/arbitration processes.
• Build tasks across commercial litigation, complex and class action litigation, discovery and evidence management, trial advocacy, and appellate practice.
• Develop scenarios involving e-discovery platforms and deposition/trial preparation tools used on major matters.
• Apply US FRCP/FRE and international CPR/ICC/LCIA rules to the standards track and produce reference pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and memoranda.
• Author rubrics that distinguish authentic litigation judgment from generic legal knowledge.
