HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Treasury & Accounts Payable Manager to lead cash, banking relationships and AP across 146 care homes. The role requires ensuring SOX 404 controls, fraud prevention and accurate supplier payments, with regular liaison across the finance function.

The position is based at the Central Support Office in Darlington with regular office attendance and occasional travel to homes and regional offices. A careful, detail‑oriented finance professional is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Highly organised finance professional with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in treasury, accounts payable and internal controls preferred.
• Knowledge of SOX control frameworks and fraud prevention helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury and cash flow forecasts and banking relationships across multiple entities.
• Oversee AP processing, coding, approvals and supplier payments with accurate reconciliations.
• Maintain SOX-compliant controls, documentation and evidence for treasury and AP activities.
• Lead and develop a small team of treasury assistants and AP clerks, ensuring segregation of duties and high accuracy.
