Job Title: Senior Transport Planner

Location: Leicester, Nottingham or Birmingham

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Transport Planner to join a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong track record in development planning.

You’ll be joining a close-knit transport planning team, working on a variety of projects, predominantly residential schemes, but also retail, leisure and commercial developments. Acting as the bridge between senior leadership and junior colleagues, this role will give you the chance to take ownership of projects while mentoring the next generation of planners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and delivering development planning projects.
  • Acting as the link between the Associate Director and junior team members.
  • Supporting, guiding and mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Preparing and reviewing transport assessments, statements, and travel plans.
  • Engaging with clients, stakeholders and local authorities.
