As our Senior Transformation Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead complex transformation programmes ensuring they deliver real, measurable improvements.
  • Drive digital innovation--exploring, evaluating and deploying new technologies that enhance patient pathways, clinical workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Work in collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, from clinical leads to commissioners and system partners.
  • Bring structure, clarity and momentum to challenging projects, identifying problems early and developing creative, pragmatic solutions.

You will be a passionate changemaker with:

  • Extensive knowledge of NHS 111, CAS and GP Out-of-Hours services--you understand how the services operate, the pressures they face and the opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complexity into actionable plans.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, able to influence at all levels and bring people with you.
  • A flexible, proactive working approach, comfortable managing competing priorities and adapting to fast-changing environments.
  • A genuine interest in digital transformation, with experience introducing and embedding innovative technology in healthcare settings.
Main duties of the job

Providing high-quality project management including project planning and administration, risk management, and reporting

Managing and maintaining key project documents to facilitate effective project management, using the full suite of Microsoft Office tools and Project Management software

Appropriate challenge (especially around non-delivery) to managers/leads, making complex judgements and decisions relating to the management of the project where there are conflicting views towards progress. Take immediate and decisive action where projects are failing to meet key milestones/targeted levels of improvement.

Lead and motivate cross‑organisational teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
