Responsibilities

• Support design of TOM components under manager guidance.
• Contribute to business case inputs; prepare supporting models.
• Assist in setting up TMO/PMO structures and governance packs.
• Help define benefits logic and maintain tracking dashboards.
• Coordinate workshops and manage day-to-day client interactions.
• Maintain RAID logs and support quality reviews.
• Deliver high-quality outputs and coach junior colleagues.
