Job summary

Bishop Fleming is seeking an experienced Transaction Services professional to join our fast-growing Advisory team. You will lead financial due diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side, working closely with corporates, owner-managed businesses, private equity investors and lenders.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Ability to manage and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering a range of due diligence assignments, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.
• Acting as the primary client contact and building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and identifying transaction issues and opportunities to add value.
• Supporting development of Bishop Fleming's Transaction Services proposition across the South West and Midlands.
• Contributing to tender submissions and business development activities.
• Developing relationships with new and existing clients to promote the firm’s services.
