A leading construction training organization in Barking is seeking a Senior Trainer to deliver the Groundworks Apprenticeship Programme. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in apprenticeship training, a solid background in groundworks, and strong communication skills. This role offers a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package including 27 days leave and a bonus structure.

Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 + £6,000 regional allowance + 10% performance bonus + company car

You’ll deliver engaging and high-quality apprenticeship training focused on groundworks, ensuring learners are fully supported from enrolment through to End Point Assessment. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll make a real impact, developing skills, promoting excellence, and maintaining NHBC’s commitment to outstanding training provision across the sector.
