An independent healthcare provider in the UK seeks a Senior Trainer to design, deliver, and develop blended learning programmes. In this hybrid role, you'll create engaging training solutions while collaborating on curriculum development. The ideal candidate will have a relevant professional registration, degree-level education, and experience in clinical practice. You will enjoy competitive compensation between £37,338 and £44,962, along with benefits like private medical insurance and a supportive work environment.
You’ll design, deliver and develop engaging, blended learning programmes across a range of health and care specialisms – helping professionals enhance their skills, confidence and quality of care. You’ll also support curriculum development, contribute to new training solutions, and bring innovation and creativity to everything you do. Where you’ll work: This is a hybrid role, with your base office at our Regional Office and regular travel nationally and regionally as needed. This role is working 2.5 days per week.
