Responsibilities

• Manage global trademark and design portfolios, supervising juniors and support staff.
• Lead on clearance and filing projects, including registrability opinions.
• Advise on opposition and cancellation actions and coordinate worldwide.
• Supervise large scale recordal and data verification projects.
• Provide strategic advice on filings, renewals and disputes, including audits.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; support business development and process improvements.
