We are working on a brand new position for a CITMA Qualified Senior Trade Mark Paralegal/Legal Assistant with one of the UK’s most highly regarded practices.

The role will involve taking responsibility for tasks delegated by fee earners, liaising with clients, IPOs, and foreign agents to ensure all queries are managed promptly. As a senior team member, you will lead by example, supervise, mentor, and train other team members to promote teamwork and mutual support.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with international filing programmes, prosecution, registration, oppositions, filing, and recording assignments and other name/address changes. You should also be skilled in drafting high-quality correspondence and managing a busy diary reminder system.
