Job summary

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking an Experienced Tractor Driver in Spalding to support field operations on a busy farming enterprise.

The role requires proven tractor operation experience, GPS guidance competence, a full UK driving licence and a Telehandler certificate. You will assist with cultivations, harvest support and machinery maintenance, with strong focus on safety and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating modern agricultural tractors and heavy cultivation machinery.
• Competence using GPS guidance and auto steering systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Valid Telehandler certificate.

Responsibilities

• Operate high horsepower tractors and heavy cultivation equipment.
• Carry out primary and secondary cultivations and harvest support.
• Use GPS/RTK systems to maintain field standards.
• Carry out pre-use checks and routine servicing.
• Maintain field records using digital reporting systems.
• Collaborate with farm management and workshop teams.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental procedures.
