Job summary

quantilope is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Tracking Strategy & Insights team. You will partner with clients to integrate tracking programs, translate research into strategic actions, and influence brand planning with Ehrenberg-Bass guidance.

You will lead discovery, workshops, and change management, manage multi-country programs, grow accounts, and help scale the product through collaboration with the Go-To-Market and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Brand Health Tracking experience in client-side research, an agency, or technology platform.
• Expert understanding of quantitative market research methodologies, especially continuous brand health and ad effectiveness measurement.
• Knowledge of Ehrenberg-Bass Institute principles and ability to articulate their commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for complex tracking programs across multiple categories/countries.
• Lead discovery sessions to define program needs and research inputs.
• Moderate workshops to refine inputs and translate findings into strategic outcomes.
• Drive client buy-in and manage organizational change to adopt new metrics.
• Deliver actionable insights aligned with client objectives and brand planning.
