Job summary

MENA Alliances in London is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the Entitlement Experience initiatives on our streaming platform. You will drive engineering, product, and UX collaboration to expand offer selection globally and improve customer sign-up and retention.

You will manage key engineering goals, accelerate feature launches, and ensure high availability and resiliency across services.

Qualifications

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
Experience in technical program management with software engineering teams.
Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
Experience developing and delivering product and technical roadmaps.
Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience in system design.

Responsibilities

Lead program management for key engineering initiatives with stakeholders across engineering, product, and UX.
Drive complex technical projects with alignment and timely delivery.
Own engineering goals for Entitlement Experience to improve UX and accelerate feature launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution across the streaming platform.
Lead CPRs and roadmap reviews to drive engineering transformation.
Oversee availability and infrastructure improvement campaigns for Entitlement Experience services.
