Job summary

LILT seeks a Senior TPM of Applied AI to bridge cutting‑edge research and industrial‑scale execution. You will act as the CEO of your customer’s business, driving success through benchmark transformations and data delivery across multimodal formats.

You will champion innovative solutions with research lab partners and ensure alignment with core research objectives. You will lead end-to-end programs for frontier AI labs, managing massive datasets and bespoke milestones while coordinating

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/engineering with research-to-prod experience.
• Experience founding/scaling ventures or driving growth in early-stage startups.
• Strong stakeholder management with frontier AI labs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end benchmark transformations and data deliverables.
• Architect scalable data pipelines across text/image/video/audio modalities.
• Drive high-impact, automated and human-in-the-loop QC workflows.
• Coordinate across engineering, research, and production to meet frontier AI needs.
• Collaborate with lab partners to align research objectives with deliverables.
