Job summary

LILT in London, UK is seeking a Senior TPM of Applied AI to bridge research and scalable production. You’ll own end-to-end benchmark transformations, architect data workflows, and partner with research labs to push frontier AI; you will also lead cross-functional teams across engineering, research, and production.

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong execution, and experience with LLMs or multimodal data pipelines, delivering high-volume multilingual data and rigorous quality

Qualifications

• Education: B.S or M.S in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field with 10+ years of industry experience; Ph.D. with 5+ years in AI/Engineering is acceptable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: founded or scaled a venture or operated in an early-stage startup environment.
• Strategic execution: strong business acumen and stakeholder management with frontier AI labs.
• Frontier AI expertise: experience managing data pipelines for LLMs or multimodal models; understanding training/inference and data diversity.
• Scale & quality: ability to manage high-throughput programs with automated validation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Act as CEO of customer’s business and co-develop benchmark transcreations with research lab partners.
• Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority technical programs for frontier AI labs.
• Architect and oversee pipelines for delivering high-volume data samples across multiple modalities (text, image, video, audio).
• Partner with production to implement automated and human-in-the-loop QC frameworks for data integrity across domains and languages.
• Bridge the gap between engineering, research, and production teams to serve frontier AI market.
