• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in town planning, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage planning applications and appeals, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and support.
• Conduct site appraisals, planning history research, and policy analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive planning reports and statements.
• Mentor junior planners and contribute to their professional development.
• Facilitate consultations with local authorities and community groups.
