Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience ideally at Planning Consultancy or Developer.
• Relevant experience with London Authorities/GLA is desirable.
• MRTPI qualification.
• Computer literate including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective working relationships with local authorities, GLA, consultants, and agents.
• Undertake research and analysis for potential acquisition sites.
• Prepare planning applications, including statements and budgets.
• Attend land and planning meetings and keep the management team informed.
