Job summary

The Planner Jobs Redactive Publishing Limited in Cornwall is seeking a Planning consultant to join a well-established team. This permanent, hybrid role offers a competitive salary and development opportunities within a collaborative environment.

With a minimum of 2 years' planning experience and MRTPI progression, you will steer residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, advising clients and authorities while supporting junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a planning-related role.
• MRTPI chartership or working towards Chartership.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
