Planning-Led Multidisciplinary SME in Central London is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join a growing team on a varied mix of schemes across commercial, mixed-use, leisure, residential and heritage projects across the UK.

The role offers a starting salary of £45,000 upwards with a market-leading bonus, 3 days in the office, and opportunities for progression as the project pipeline expands.

• 4+ years UK Town Planning experience.
• Proactive, commercial and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work on a range of projects including commercial, retail, residential, mixed-use, heritage, industrial and logistics.
• Contribute to development management and policy work.
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver planning solutions.
