Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Cornwall is looking for a Toolmaker to operate various CNC and manual machines for manufacturing, assembly, and repair of tooling components. You'll mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to Lean Sigma initiatives, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality policies. Ideal candidates should have an engineering apprenticeship and extensive experience with injection mould processes. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in plastic injection mould and press-tool manufacture.
• Extensive experience in NC & conventional Toolroom machinery including mills and lathes.
• Experience in interpreting Engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set & operate CNC/NC grinders, lathes, and mills.
• Conduct maintenance and repair on existing tooling.
• Support Lean Sigma programs and ensure compliance with safety policies.
