Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing toolmaking and CNC machining projects from enquiry through to completion.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.
• Work closely with design and manufacturing teams to ensure technical and timing requirements are met.
• Plan workloads, track progress, and resolve any risks or delays.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
