A leading planning consultancy in the UK seeks highly motivated senior and associate planners with 3 to 5+ years of experience. The role requires management of planning projects from conception through to conclusion and involves engaging with clients and negotiating consents. MRTPI status is essential. We are looking for highly motivated, savvy and intellectually-curious senior and associate level planners to join our growing organisation.
Drawing on our unparalleled knowledge of planning law, precedents and authorities, we help our clients find the necessary permissions for their exciting ventures in the Tourism & Leisure, Residential, Commercial, Agricultural, Country Estate and Strategic Land development sectors.
We are building our team to meet the needs of our existing and expanding client base located throughout the UK. You can expect to be a self-starter from day one, so should have 3 to 5+ years’ planning experience gained within public or private organisations.
We partner with each of our clients to devise a robust strategy for delivering their development project, however complex - our process is one of politics, pragmatism and ingenuity. If this sounds like your way of working, we want to meet you!

You will be able to manage projects from initial conception through to successful conclusion, securing and negotiating planning consents and engaging directly with clients and should already hold MRTPI status.
