Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Lead Threat Response Operations Analyst to safeguard digital assets across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will lead complex investigations, provide technical guidance, and coordinate global incident responses with cross-functional teams.

As a senior contributor, you will drive threat detection improvements, develop strategic recommendations, and maintain expertise in cyber security techniques while working in a hybrid Work Location Assignment at Pfizer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, computer forensics, computer science, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering, Sciences or related field.
• Experience leading complex investigations and coordinating incident responses.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, network protocols, operating systems and security architectures.
• Experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike Falcon, Splunk) and EDR tools to investigate activity.
• Experience using memory forensics and malware analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Correlate and analyse telemetry from endpoint, network, cloud and threat intel to identify malicious activity.
• Lead assessment of incidents, determine severity, scope and escalation actions.
• Analyze evidence to guide containment, eradication and remediation.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive improvement of incident response processes, playbooks and reporting standards.
• Coordinate cyber incident response across cross-functional teams and on-call rotations.
