Job summary

Sky is seeking a Cyber Security threat modelling specialist to help define secure AI/agent architectures and protect systems across the UK and beyond. You will contribute to end-to-end threat modelling for AI-enabled systems and collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement secure patterns and mitigations.

You will manage your workload with independence, mentor junior members, and promote cyber services across the business, while engaging with external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise-scale technology and security assessment practices.
• Understanding of AI threat classes, such as prompt injection and data leakage.
• Collaborative and professional approach aligned with Sky Values.
• Clear interest in cyber security and impact on the business.
• Experience in cyber/information security environments with regulatory exposure.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Willingness to continue developing skills and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end threat modelling with a high degree of independence.
• Threat modelling for AI-enabled systems including LLM-based architectures.
• Define secure design patterns, guardrails, and mitigations for AI agents.
• Manage workload independently, and develop with line manager support.
• Promote the value of Cyber across the business and support workshops.
• Coach junior team members to develop skills and confidence.
• Support external departments with bespoke integrations and information sharing.
• Engage with cyber stakeholders and partners to deliver services and initiatives.
• Continue building knowledge in regulatory requirements and architectural domains (DLP, Cloud, IDAM, Logging).
