Job summary

Accenture is seeking the ACI EMEA Intelligence Production Lead to manage the day-to-day threat research mission across five areas—Espionage, Cybercrime, Geopolitical Intelligence, Dark Web, and Vulnerability—and to lead a team of analysts toward outputs that are clear, relevant, and actionable for clients.

You will stay hands-on with technical research, share insights across the business and externally, and present findings at conferences while ensuring research supports incident response,

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualifications in politics, intelligence, information technology or information security (or equivalent via apprenticeship)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a technical threat intelligence or adjacent role
• Expert technical understanding of threat intelligence including tracking adversary infrastructure and campaigns
• Strong experience communicating threats and trends to technical audiences and leadership
• Experience supporting incident response or security operations
• Experience leading threat intelligence delivery and coaching researchers
• Experience developing teams and fostering collaboration
• Comfortable addressing performance issues constructively

Responsibilities

• Manage the Intelligence Production team’s day-to-day work and set priorities
• Set direction for the team and maintain priority intelligence requirements
• Advocate for the team and represent its needs to stakeholders
• Carry out own technical threat research on threats, techniques and trends
• Present research findings to internal stakeholders, clients and at events
• Support ongoing incidents and active threats with timely intelligence
• Ensure access to tools and data and provide training opportunities
• Improve processes, tooling and sharing of insights over time
