Senior Theatre Support Worker in Emergency and Neuro Theatres – Exciting Opportunity to join a dynamic team providing high-quality patient care in fast-paced surgical environments alongside Registered Nurses and Operating Department Practitioners (ODPs).
You will work with the surgical team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of care to patients undergoing surgery. This role requires confidence, composure under pressure, and the ability to think on your feet while prioritising tasks and maintaining excellent communication and teamwork.
We need someone who is confident, calm under pressure, and able to think on their feet. If you thrive in fast-paced, challenging situations and can prioritise tasks effectively, this role is for you. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work seamlessly within a team are essential. You should show initiative, take responsibility for your actions, and support the surgical team in delivering outstanding care, even in challenging circumstances. A mature approach to work will contribute to high-quality, patient-centred care.
