Job summary

National Theatre is seeking a Production Manager to join its Production team. The role focuses on ensuring artistic vision is delivered safely within allocated resources, while maintaining environments and standards across shows.

The successful candidate will manage communications between production and technical supervision, demonstrate strong project management across several productions, and uphold health and safety regulations in line with Theatre Green Book and ABTT standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable record as a Production Manager delivering theatre productions at top artistic/technical level.
• Dedicated with excellent focus and organisational skills across multiple projects.
• Budget literacy and ability to manage budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure artistic vision is achieved within allocated resources.
• Foster open, trusting relationships between Production Manager and artistic team.
• Coordinate production and technical supervisors to support on-stage delivery.
• Maintain safety, environmental responsibility and high standards throughout productions.
