A leading private healthcare provider in London is seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner – Scrub with a focus on orthopaedic surgery. This role involves delivering expert support during surgeries, preparing instruments, and mentoring junior staff. Senior Theatre Practitioner – Scrub (Ortho)
Location: The Lister Hospital, Chelsea, London
Hours: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Shifts: Monday – Saturday, 5 days per week (early or late shift)
Salary: Competitive + Shift Enhancement
The Lister Hospital has been delivering world-class healthcare in the heart of Chelsea for over 30 years. Rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our hospital is home to four state-of-the-art operating theatres, specialising in Orthopaedics, Spinal, Gynaecology, IVF, Neurology, ENT, and Thoracic surgery.
We are seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner – Scrub with a strong background in orthopaedic surgery. Experience in robotic-assisted procedures is highly advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where innovation and excellence are at the heart of everything we do.
We also welcome applications from Band 5 Theatre Scrub Practitioners with 2–4 years of experience in orthopaedics and related surgical specialties who are ready to take the next step in their career.
