The Role

As a Senior Test System Engineer, you'll design, develop, and optimise automated test and calibration systems used across the full product lifecycle – from initial concept and design through to manufacturing, service, and end‑of‑life support.

  • Develop robust measurement and calibration processes using industry‑leading test and measurement instrumentation.
  • Review and improve product requirements, ensuring key quality and compliance criteria are met.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using proven engineering toolkits.
  • Support accreditation processes (including ISO 17025) and drive process innovation.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional projects, collaborating with global teams to deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Hands‑on experience with Test & Measurement instrumentation and calibration.
  • Knowledge of RF calibration and measurement techniques (advantageous).
  • Understanding of measurement uncertainty and formal quality systems.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across global and technical teams.
