This role could suit someone experienced in Quality Engineering or Test Management who is ready for a step up, or someone who brings strong test automation expertise and is excited to make an impact across multiple projects and platforms.
As a Senior Test Manager in our GI Quality Engineering team, you’ll play a key role in delivering critical projects while driving forward our wider transformation and innovation work. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Aviva to shape testing approaches, embed best practices, and influence how our teams think about quality. This role exists to ensure our products and systems are rigorously tested, efficient, and continually improving, helping us deliver great outcomes for our customers. You’ll be accountable for test oversight, strategic input at platform level, and championing modern automation practices.
