Job summary

Prince Personnel is recruiting a Senior Test Engineer for a well-established manufacturing business. The role focuses on laboratory-based testing, product validation and technical investigations to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and quality requirements.

You will lead validation activities, analyze data, and mentor junior team members in a dynamic QA environment. The position offers hybrid working and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Requires engineering qualification and hands-on experience in manufacturing test labs.
• Requires 5+ years in validation, verification or product testing environments.
• Experience coordinating validation programmes or technical testing activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and report presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of product validation, verification and re-qualification tests.
• Manage multiple testing programmes and ensure delivery to customer requirements.
• Review and improve test methods, procedures and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct laboratory testing on manufactured products and components.
• Analyze results and produce detailed technical reports.
• Support investigations, failure analysis and root-cause activities.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; ensure equipment is calibrated.
• Support audits and comply with lab quality systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing capability and data quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing on improvements.
