Job summary

Royal London is seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join our Test Services team within Group Technology & Change. You’ll own complex testing activities to ensure quality, reliability, and performance across our systems, supporting delivery of new technology solutions.

You’ll analyse functional and non-functional requirements, design reusable test scripts (manual and automated), and collaborate with delivery teams across the full SDLC.

Qualifications

• Experience with both functional and non-functional testing approaches.
• Familiarity with automated test tools and where automation adds value.
• Knowledge of test management, defect management and diagnostic tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to mentor and support other testers.
• Specialist knowledge in at least one technology, business area or test automation tool.

Responsibilities

• Review test results and refine tests as needed.

We’relooking for an experiencedSenior Test Analystto join ourTest Servicesteam within Group Technology & Change.You’llplay a key role in ensuring the quality,reliabilityand performance of our systems, supporting the delivery of new and enhanced technology solutions across Royal London.

Reporting to a Technical Lead or Lead Test Analyst, you’ll take ownership of complex testing activities, using your technical expertise to design, execute and improve both functional and non‑functional testing. You’ll also support and mentor other Test Analysts, helping to raise standards and capability across the team.

This is a hands‑on role with opportunities to influence testing strategy, introduce improvements and work closely with delivery teams throughout the full software development lifecycle.
